1. Do I need to have sold my property before I can bid?
No anyone can make a bid as long as you have declared your buying status correctly at the time of registering

2. Can I view a HIP pack?
Yes you will need to contact the agent to see this.

3. When should I instruct my solicitor/mortgage broker?
Once you have received formal confirmation that you are the successful bidder from the Estate Agent.

Estate Agents

1. What happens if the property does not sell within the 21 day period?
You will need to speak to the vendor to see what they want to do, perhaps the starting price was not competitive enough to attract the initial interest. You could reload the property with a lower starting price.

Sellers

1. What happens if my property does not sell at the end of the 21 day period?
You will need to discuss this with your Estate Agent, you may want to put your property back on but perhaps at a lower starting price.

2. Will it cost me anything to list my property on Housebid21?
No your estate agent will pay for the listing.

3. If I am already on the market with another Estate Agent what should I do?
Ask your estate agent if they will list your property on Housebid21.
