Suitable Properties for Housebid21

  • Committed sellers who are prepared to offer their property at a starting price of around 15% lower than the current marketing price.

How Housebid21 Works

  • Registered Agents upload the most suitable properties onto the site
  • Each property is available for 21 days on the site and each day will be counted down to show how many days are left.
  • Buyers visiting the site search for properties.
  • Buyers can arrange a viewing with you via the website.
  • Buyers can enter a bid for any property which they can increase at any time within the 21 day period, or you can enter a bid on behalf
  • At the end of the 21 Day period, you will be free to progress the Sale with the preferred Bidder(s).
  • IMPORTANT- Housebid21 is not an Auction – Bids are not binding on the Buyer or the Seller. By Bidding a Buyer has indicated an interest in the property and the price they are prepared to pay. Final negotiations will be conducted in the usual way between the Seller’s Agent and the Bidder(s).
  • Costs £20 + Vat per month subscription per branch, plus
  • £15 + Vat per property listed
