How to get your property listed on Housebid21

  1. Sellers who are committed to sell their property and are willing to consider offers agree that their Estate Agent can list their property on Housebid21. They will need to agree a starting price which should be lower than the existing marketing price to help generate interest and activity - but not to the point that it is misleading each property will be available for 21 days on the site but the seller can decide to take an offer before the time is up.
  2. The property can also be advertised in the local press showing the current market price and the starting price on Housebid21
  3. Buyers will be directed to the site by the Estate Agent and local/national advertising. They can also arrange a viewing.
  4. Buyers can enter a 'Bid' for any property which they can increase at any time within the 21 day period.
  5. At the end of the period (or earlier if the seller requests) the Estate Agent will discuss all the bids with the seller and agree with whom they wish to proceed. This may not be the highest bidder it could depend on individual circumstances
  6. If the property does not reach a bid which is acceptable to the seller the seller does not have to sell the property.
  7. Once a potential buyer has made a bid the Estate Agent will contact the bidder to confirm their interest and validate their bid
